Again I'm going to present something new for you all if you find my system too complex or too long to do
this one will give you a better understanding of pace using Bris PP's 1st we are going to do an average of E1-E2-late Not the Speed #
that average number is going to be our base # all you're going to do is plus or minus from the base number and after you do that
you will see who is the true speed of the race and who the real late runners for example we're going to use Tampa Bay race-8. 3/3/21
